ARTMEETSCHAOS is committed to delivering superior customer service. As a boutique brand producing limited quantities, we do not offer refunds. All sales are considered final, except under limited circumstances outlined below.
EXCHANGES ONLY — NO REFUNDS
EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ALLOWED WHEN PURCHASED AT FULL RETAIL PRICE.
ALL DISCOUNTED OR SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
We allow exchanges for a different size or style based on availability. All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item. No exchanges will be accepted after this time.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase must be included.
If your item does not meet the above requirements, the exchange will be declined and returned to you at your expense. You will be notified via email if your exchange is rejected.
RESTOCKING FEE / LIMITED REFUNDS
In rare cases where a refund is warranted at the discretion of ARTMEETSCHAOS:
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Only the cost of the goods will be refunded.
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
Items must be returned in their original condition as outlined above.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Please confirm your product size, shipping address, and billing address prior to finalizing your order. Once submitted, these details cannot be modified or changed.
If your order is returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address, you will be required to pay for reshipping.
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier or customs agencies.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for its retrieval.

Exchanges must be sent via trackable shipping service. USPS or any service that delivers to a P.O. Box is acceptable.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If your item is being exchanged due to a manufacturer’s defect, we will reimburse the return shipping cost. However, the reimbursement cannot exceed the original shipping cost. We recommend using a similar shipping method to the one used by ARTMEETSCHAOS.
SHIPPING TIMELINES
Purchased items will be shipped within 10 business days, although most will ship within 3 to 4 business days.
